1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The product is damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- The product is unused and in original packaging
2. Return Timeframe
- Return requests must be made within 7–14 days of delivery
- Requests after this period may not be accepted
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used wellness products
- Clearance or promotional items
- Products damaged due to misuse
4. Refund Process
Once your return is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
5. Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error, we cover shipping
- If the return is customer-related, shipping costs are not refunded
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
